Still waiting on land currently being developed.
We won a facebook competition on the estates facebook and got to go onsite for a tour
We got to see our block pegged out for size
At this stage the current timeline from developer is start of October finish development and November / December registration
My personal prediction would be more like feb/march registration 2016. Fingers crossed

The house ..

Major changes
-Extra meter width in garage
-Flipped front of house to suit block
-Extra 470mm length to Ensuite walk in robe and entrance foyer
These are pictures of the Show home at brooks reach but we are doing most of the house the exact same

The Land..
Lynden Views Kembla Grange is located on West Dapto road. There will be quite a few stages on this land which im sure will take quite a few years to register and build on. We will be in stage 1
There is a neighborhood plan in place that has a sporting ground and small shopping Centre and I think I may have read something about a school at one stage? hope so!
We are Still currently waiting for the DA to be approved by council but at this stage site cut is set for Mid- August if this goes to plan who knows. We are already behind as when we signed with our builder on May 25th 2014 we were told site cut would be in June 2014. Things at this stage aren't looking like they will run on time and I already feel as if it will be a long wait till land is registered.
There is not much info that can be found just yet on the estate online only really the house and land packages. Hopefully they get into it soon.
The photos show the hill with the trees ( Looking up at where stage 1 will be) our block I imagine in my head anyway will be just to the right of the furthermost right tree almost at the peak of the hill. It is hard to imagine as were only going off plans at this stage .
